This garden had too many different areas making for an overall appearance of an untidy garden All turf, flags, gravel, stone feature beds removed . Bottom level- flags replaced with Indian Stone Paving in Raj Green with Buff coloured Resin jointing compound .
Middle level- old turf removed. Area levelled off and new Turf installed incorporating a retaining wall in wooden Railway Sleepers. Top level- Old shed removed and random soil borders and replaced with Composite Decking in Beech colour with new steps again in Composite Decking with Indian Stone Inserts for step treads and recessed external spotlights to perimeter of decking area and steps Bushes removed from rear boundary and replaced with new concrete posts and kick boards and 5ft Heavy Duty Feather Edge Straight Top Panels.

Sloping Garden re done to make 2 level areas for easy access and low maintenance Turf replaced with Indian Stone Paving in Raj Green in 3 sizes with matching pathway around new turf to bottom patio area again in Raj Green pointed with Buff coloured Resin Jointing Compound. 3 matching steps from bottom to top Patio areas and tidy up to garage base again in Indian Stone to make good. Old wooden fencing and posts replaced with concrete posts, kick boards and 5ft Heavy Duty.

Patio – Concrete flags replaced with Indian Stone Paving in 3 sizes in Raj Green pointed with Basalt Grey Resin Jointing Compound to enhance the flags also pathways to match
Retaining walls to top level in Concrete Blocks with a Render Coat Finish and area infilled with 40mm Plum Slate, to create raised bedding area, copings in Indian Stone in Raj Green again to match Patio. Steps built from Bricks to match house and dwarf wall and Indian Stone Step Treads to match patio to take to 2nd level of garden. Turf replaced with 40mm Premium Artificial Grass. Small retaining wall set on a curve to create 2nd level to where Art Grass is installed, built in Bricks to match property again with Indian Copings to match Patio Old wooden fencing and posts removed and replaced with Concrete Posts, Kick Boards and 6 ft Heavy Duty Arch Feather Edge wooden Panels.
